With the release of Chronic Pain Tracker 3.0, we decided to not just deliver a new application, but also a new way of communicating with our users. That is what has led to the development of our new CPT Connection web portal.

We'll be using this portal to communicate news like upgrade releases, new feature introductions, as well as handling all of our education and support activities for Chronic Pain Tracker. For example, we currently have the following assets available on the CPT Connection:

    • What's new with CPT 3.0? - considering the upgrade to v3.0? You should check out this overview of all the great new features being introduced.
    • Application Help Pages - the full set of HTML help pages for the application. If you have a question about a button or feature, this is a great place to look first.
    • Video Tutorials - more than 50 minutes worth of step by step instructions on how to get the most out of CPT 3.0 and all its great new features.
    • FAQ - the location of our new FAQ repository. Please bookmark this as the new location for CPT FAQs.
    • Support Requests - you can now submit support requests directly from our web portal where they will be tracked and you'll be able to access your history of support questions if needed.

Please check out the new site and enjoy the new v3.0 upgrade. We'd love to hear from you, so if you have questions, comments or suggestions, feel free to drop us an email at support@chronicstimulation.com.

Chronic Pain Tracker v2.5.7 is now available Chronic Pain Tracker v2.5.7 is now available

Hi everyone. We've just released the latest update to Chronic Pain Tracker - v.2.5.7.

As you may have noticed, we've released several minor updates over the last few months. Our work has been mainly focused on bug fixes and some minor feature enhancements to the product. In particular, we have been working to improve the overall stability of the application, and based on the anonymous statistics generated by the application, we have been quite successful. The overall rate of application exceptions (crashes) has dropped significantly over the last 3 months. That doesn't mean the application is crash-proof (no application is), but it has gotten much better. If you are still seeing problems with your installation of the app, please contact us via our support email address (support@chronicstimulation.com).

On the feature front, we've focused most of our attention on tuning and improving the PDF report output. We now support Apple's AirPrint directly from the application (requires AirPrint capable printers), in addition to the existing e-mail option for exporting the PDF reports.

Looking forward, we are focused on delivering a major update to the application sometime in the March timeframe that will add a number of improvements and feature additions. Stay tuned and we'll have more information as the release time gets near. We are looking for beta testers, so if you are interested in being part of our beta test of this upcoming version, please contact us at support@chronicstimulation.com.

Thanks again to all of our users. We love to hear from you, so if Chronic Pain Tracker is making a difference in your life, please let us know about it.
